How many people would have a pitchers net in their home or apartment? Is there another way to do this?

Hi Glenn. In breaking down the drill the goal is simply to hit a target area and maintain balance. This can be done many different ways. Without enough room for a net or backdrop the same size target areas can be taped off against a wall or outlined with something else and using a softer ball (tennis ball, kid’s rubber ball etc..) the drill can be performed for a series of shots to train balance and accuracy. Include a small target area for focus and a larger target area for measuring repeatability.
There are no limits to what can be used to simulate the drill so see what you can come up with to fit your environment.
